Allen Electrical is looking to hire an office administrative assistant to join our team. This role works closely with the Office Manager and Production Manager to ensure that our customers are served well. A variety of clerical, customer service, and administrative tasks will be assigned on a daily basis. Must have at least 2 years of clerical, administrative, or office work experience.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Provide Support to Customer Service Representative during Peak Call Periods
- Collect, Review and Submit Employee Timesheets to Payroll Processor
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Prepare Bank Deposits
- Provide Insight and Recommendations to Improve Customer Experience and Business Performance
- Scheduling and/or routing service technicians to scheduled jobs
- Other tasks as assigned
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Ability to Multi-Task
- Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Degree
- Associates or Bachelors’ Degree Preferred
